Past Conferences
The annual meeting of IALJS is an international conference devoted to the scholarly study, teaching, and practice of literary journalism. The deadline for submission of research papers, work-in-progress abstracts, and panel proposals for the annual conference is early December, and the two-and-a-half day event, open to both faculty and students, is traditionally held in mid-May. In addition, IALJS actively participates in the conferences of a number of other learned societies, sponsoring sessions focusing on related aspects of literary journalism.
